TITAN – an advanced braided composite 8-strand rope with one of the
highest tensile strengths on the market. The basic material of the rope is
a mixture of Polys and high-tenacity polyester fibres. High-tenacity
polyester multifilament fibres on the surface of the rope strands increase
abrasion resistance, resistence to warming-up of the rope surface with
subsequent melting of surface fibres and resistance to UV degradation in
which way the total service life of the rope is prolonged. TITAN is very
pleasant to the feel and easy spliceable. TITAN is made in compliance with
the new standard for composite ropes, EN 14686, and will find its
application especially as a towing line and for offshore needs. Its very
high tensile strength in comparison with standard ropes allows to use
ropes with smaller diameters which require less storage space. In
addition, the rope exhibits better handling properties in both dry and wet
conditions. All ropes are tested in accordance with EN 919 and
OCIMF guidelines.

CRUISER is made of a combination of mixed polyolefin fibres Polys and
high-tenacity polyester. The suitable ratio of individual constituents
gives CRUISER a very high strength in comparison with standard
polypropylene rope (up to 60% higher). The combination of Polys and PES
provides for excellent abrasion resistance, the standard UV stabilization
gives a very good weather resistance, which means a long service life
under standard conditions.
The ropes are tested in compliance with OCIMF Guidelines - strength test
and
cyclic loading (TCLL) test. The rope meets all necessary requirements
of a
GL certificate which is enclosed to every rope.

MASTER is a composite rope of a new generation formed by high-tenacity PP
split film in combination with PES fibre. Thanks to PES fibre on the
surface of individual strands, the rope gains an improved abrasion
resistance on rough surfaces and edges during its entire service life. The
rope is permanently floatable on water and retains its strength even in
wet conditions. The new rope was tested in accordance with OCIMF
guidelines (cyclic loading test). The rope can be supplied in various
lengths, packages, with or without eyes as required by the customer. The
rope meets all necessary requirements of a
GL certificate which is enclosed to every rope.
